Registration:

Login / Logout:

Using the link in your registration email visit this site and input your username, email address and the password you chose at registration. Be sure to check your spelling and that you don't have your caps lock on.

If you still experience problems logging in please re-register under a different username and password and try logging in again. If you still experience problems after that please email our IT team. Logging out should be simple. Just click the button marked 'Logout' at the top of the screen.

My Homepage:

From the homepage you can access all the forms to upload your Joint Equity properties. Each form has required fields to fill in and will not allow you to continue to the next form without filling these in. For example if you have not filled in the property type, you will not be able to add property images or features.

You will also find a link to available Estate Agent downloads in the left hand menu bar on your screen. This has all the necessary information for first-time Joint Equity Estate Agent Partners. If you are totally new to Joint Equity, please download the QuickStart Guide and Operations Manual first. Be sure to check you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your pc either as stand-alone software or as a plugin in your browser.

The "Watch List" section is where you can view any properties you have specifically chosen to 'Watch'. All of your group’s properties can be viewed from the 'property' section

The "My Owner Illustrations" section shows you any saved illustrations you have created. You can save as many of these as you like and view or edit for easy comparison later. If you have any that you would rather delete then you can do that as well.

Adding / Viewing a property:

We ask that you input details of your properties in order to promote them to our Owners and Investors. These properties will then be available through the 'Property' tab in the left-hand navigation bar and can be edited or deleted at any time.

Please add as much detail as possible, as this attracts the most Owners and Investors to your property.

You can add up to 5 images for each property listing, and we recommend you use all 5 where possible.

Add property features in priority order, as this will dictate which features appear on the property overview that Owners and Investors will see when they log on.

Include a description of the property. It will be easiest for you to cut and paste this from your property schedule.

Property Full-View:

The full view for each property shows all the images and detail for that property, and an updated status for the same property. Use the full-view to keep track of your property’s status and see what Owners and Investors will be able to see when they click on your property.

The property status indicators show:

  • Whether or not the property is available to view online (on your own website) and provides a link to your property listings site.
  • How many Investor reservations have been placed on the property (we accept up to 3 Investor reservations).
  • How many Owner Illustrations have been done for this property.
  • You cannot change any status indicators, apart from the website link to your own property listing.

Visible On Joint Equity Listing:

Your property will automatically be visible to both Owners and Investors as they search the Joint Equity property database. If you wish to hide this property temporarily (for example, if it is under offer) please choose ‘edit property’ and uncheck the ‘visible on Joint Equity listings’ box. Otherwise please leave this box checked.

LICENSE - The licensee is defined as the individual utilizing the website. Joint Equity hereby grants the licensee a nonexclusive license authorizing the licensee to use the website.

YOU MAY NOT: Distribute, rent, sub-license or otherwise make available to others the illustrations or arrangements, except as expressly permitted in this License without prior written consent from Joint Equity.

RESTRICTIONS: -Users of the website must be registered to receive illustrations and may not bypass the website interface.

Users may not modify, de-compile, disassemble, reverse engineer or translate the website.

TERM - You may terminate your License and this Agreement at anytime by deleting your user profile. This will also terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term or condition in this Agreement.

LIMITED WARRANTY - This website and documentation are for us "as is" without any warranty as to their performance, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. The licensee assumes the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software. In no event shall Joint Equity or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, development, production, or delivery of this software be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, such as, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits, benefits, use, or data resulting from the use of this software, or arising out of any breach of warranty.
